I am a goofy dad, learning about fitness.  I have always loved writing, and recently (very recently) started blogging and doing Insanity.  I enjoy this very much, but I know I have a lot to learn!

I married my wonderful wife in 1998, received my MBA in 2001, ran the Disney Marathon in 2004, and adopted my beautiful daughter from China in 2006.  I'm hoping that 2011 is the year I become financially independent with blogging and earning online!
